Which payment methods may I use to purchase chips?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Western Union and Wire Transfer. Simply click on the Buy Chips button in the lower right-hand corner of the Casino Floor or in any Casino Game and select your preferred payment method. Every transaction through any of these methods is safe, private and secure. Using a credit card is the fastest way to receive your chips and any promotional bonus chips to which you are entitled. If you purchase chips through Western Union or Wire Transfer, we'll give you additional bonus chips to cover bank fees.

How do I withdraw money ("cash-out") from my Casino Account?

Simply click the Cash-Out button in the lower right-hand corner of the Casino Floor or within any casino game. On the screen that appears, we'll show you how much of your Account Balance is available for cash-out. Enter the amount you wish to cash-out, provide your password (an additional security measure), then confirm or modify your email address and your mailing address. All deposits and withdrawals are processed at the end of each business day, and the net amount of your cash-out request will be rushed to you.

How will I receive the winnings that I have cashed-out?

If you have purchased chips by MasterCard or Visa then in most cases your winnings will be credited to your credit card. In cases where we cannot do so, or when your purchase method is Wire Transfer or Western Union, we will rush your funds by express check to the mailing address provided.

Some banks will not permit a credit in excess of the original amount charged. As an example, if you purchased US$100, then won an additional US$100, your requested cash-out of US$200 may not be able to be credited in full to your card. If your bank only permits a US$100 credit, then we will send the remaining US $100 to you by express check.
